Our design services are available when you need a more comprehensive concept for your yard. With a full design we can more thoroughly explore the overall hardscape of your yard, create a planting design, or make accurate grading contours, all in a complete to-scale plan from which 3-D renderings can be generated from any angle.
We can make a design like the ones shown below ranging from $350 to $550, depending on the size of the project.

Below is at a new home outside of Redmond, WA. They needed decking, a patio, a xeriscape rock garden for potted plants. The walkthrough video shows the suggested planting design in a mature state.
This all-new raised patio was added to a home built in the early 1900s. The complicated grading and shapes involved meant that this needed to be drafted up if it was going to look right and be priced accurately. Here it is, from plan to sketch to start to finish.
These are a few more renderings I did for bid purposes. The middle one includes new plants.
I designed and built this per my customer's specifications, including a complety custom stone and brick pizza oven shaped like a house. This is near Lincoln Park in West Seattle.
These photos are from a completed landscape of ours based on my full design which included all the decking, stonework, plantings and irrigation.
